Resep cara membuat rainbow cake
Bahan-bahan utama Rainbow Cake:
1. Siapkan 250 gr tepung terigu
2. Kemudian siapkan juga 350 gram gula pasir
3. 10 butir telur
4. 75 ml mentega yang dilelehkan
5. 1 sendok teh vanila bubuk
6. 1 sendok teh garam
7. 1 sendok teh emulsifier (Emulsifier atau zat pengemulsi adalah zat untuk membantu menjaga kestabilan emulsi serta membantu melembutkan campuran gula dan telur). Anda bisa menggunakan beberapa merk pengemulsi seperti ovalett, alfagell atau baking soda lainnya.
8. Jangan lupa juga sediakan macam-macam pewarna makanan merah, kuning, hijau, biru, ungu dan oranye dengan takaran secukupnya
Cara membuat rainbow cake:
1. Pertama-tama kocok telur yang dicampur gula pasir hingga menjadi adonan yang halus. Kemudian tuang emulsifier perlahan-lahan taburkan vanili bubuk serta garam. Terus kocok adonan telur dan gula pasir tersebut hingga terlihat mengembang. Untuk bisa membuat adonan yang sempurna, anda membutuhkan sebuah mixer untuk mengaduknya.
2. Ambil beberapa sendok adonan kemudian tempatkan pada wadah kecil seperti mangkok atau piring, masukan mentega dan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit kemudian diaduk hingga tercampur rata dan sisihkan. Buat hingga menjadi 6 bagian adonan dengan macam-macam warna menggunakan pewarna makanan.
3. Gunakan loyang dengan ukuran diameter 24 cm. Kemudian kukus adonan selama kurang lebih 20-25 menit, angkat dan dinginkan.
4. Susun bolu kukus dengan warna yang diinginkan sesuai selera. Beri olesan Buttercream tipis-tipis (lihat pembuatan buttercream setelah pembuatan rainbow cake dibawah), tumpuk dan beri olesan buttercream.
5. Lapisi semua bagian luar bolu dengan buttercream hingga merata
Beri hiasan sebagai pemanis. Anda bisa menambahkan buah cherry, kismis atau strawberry atau gula-gula pada bagian topping-nya agar terlihat lebih cantik.
Khusus untuk Buttercream yang digunakan sebagai pembungkus rainbow cake agar lebih legit, lembut dan beraroma lemon, maka diperlukan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut:
Bahan utama Buttercream yang digunakan untuk menghias Rainbow Cake :
1. Siapkan 9 butir telur yang digunakan hanya putihnya saja
2. 350 gram gula pasir
3. 500 gram butter atau mentega tanpa garam
4. 2 sendok teh ekstrak jeruk nipis (lemon) atau air perasan jeruk.
Cara membuat Buttercream Rainbow Cake:
1. Hal yang pertama kali anda lakukan adalah memasak putih telur serta gula yang dicampur didalam panci kecil dengan menggunakan api sedang. Kocok-kocok adonan hingga gula mencair.
2. Setelah gula meleleh bersama putih telur dengan sempurna kemudian pindahkan ke mangkuk dan gunakan mixer dengan kecepatan tinggi hingga adonan menjadi seperti foam atau busa.
3. Masukkan mentega sedikit demi sedikit dan aduk terus selama kurang lebih 10 menit hingga adonan tercampur dengan sempurna.
4. Agar adonan memiliki aroma yang segar, maka hal terakhir yang dilakukan adalah menambahkan ekstrak lemon atau air perasan lemon yang dituang perlahan-lahan sambil di aduk hingga merata.
5. Setelah merata, segera matikan mixer dan kini anda telah memiliki Buttercream yang bisa digunakan untuk menghias Rainbow Cake.

Resep Brownies Coklat Keju
Bahan Adonan Coklat :
– 325 gram gula pasir
– 250 ml minyak goreng
– 210 gram tepung terigu
– 60 gram coklat bubuk
– 4 butir telur
– 1/2 sendok teh garam
– 1/2 sendok teh vanili
Bahan Adonan Keju :
– 225 gram gula pasir
– 210 gram tepung terigu
– 175 ml minyak goreng
– 150 gram keju cheddar, parut
– 3 butir telur
Cara Membuat :
- Panaskan oven dengan suhu 180 derajat celcius, kemudian olesi loyang berukurn 22×22 cm yang telah dialasi dengan kertas roti.
- Kocok telur dan gula pasir hingga larut, masukkan garam dengan menggunakan mixer. Matikan mixer, masukkan campuran tepung terigu, coklat bubuk dan vanili. Kemudian pelan-pelan aduk dengan mengguakan spatula.
- Masukkan minyak goreng secara perlahan-lahan, aduk rata. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang , panggang selama 15 menit.
- Selanjutnya membuat adonan keju. Kocok telur dan gula hingga gula larut. Kemudian masukkan tepung terigu dan vanili, aduk rata dengan spatula.
- Tuang minyak gorng secara perlahan-lahan, kemudian masukkan keju parut, aduk rata.
- Keluarkan lapisan coklat setengah matang, lalu tuangkan adonan keju ke atas adonan coklat.
- Panggang lagi dalam oven hingga matang atau kurang lebih selama 45 menit.
- Keluarkan loyang dari oven, biarkan dingin dan potong sesuai selera.
- Brownies coklat keju siap untuk dihidangkan.
Resep Brownies Keju
Bahan :
– 200 gram gula pasir
– 100 gram margarin
– 60 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
– 50 gram dark cooking chocolate, potong-potong
– 30 gram coklat bubuk
– 6 butir kuning telur
– 4 butir putih telur
– 4 lembar keju slice
– 1/4 sendok teh baking powder
– 1/2 sendok teh coklat pasta
Cara Membuat :
- Bagilah semua bahan diatas mejadi dua bagian.
- Setelah itu lelehkan margarin, kemudian masukkan potingan dark cooking chocolate, aduk rata hingga coklat meleleh.
- Kocok telur dan gula hingga mengembang, lalu tambahkan tepung terigu dan coklat bubuk. Aduk secara perlahan, kemudian tuang adonan ke dalam 2 loyang berukuran 24x20x7 cm.
- Kukus selama 10 menit menit dengan api sedang. Setelah itu letakkan keju slice diatasnya, kukus lagi selama 10 menit.
- Kocok sisa telur dan sisa gula hingga mengembang, kemudian tambahkan tepung terigu dan coklat bubuk sambil diayak dan diaduk rata.
- Tuang margarin cair, aduk kembali. Selanjutnta tuang adonan ke atas lapisan keju slice, kukus lagi selama 10 menit dengan api sedang atau hingga kue matang.
- Angkat dan dingkan beberapa saat. Potong-potong kue sesuai selera.
- Brownies keju siap untuk dihidangkan.
Resep Brownies Coklat
Bahan :
– 200 gram mentega
– 200 gram dark cooking chocolate
– 150 gram gula pasir halus
– 120 gram tepung terigu
– 100 gram kacang almond, panggang, cincang
– 100 gram kacang almond, iris tipis
– 3 butir telur
– 1/2 sendok teh garam
Cara Membuat :
- Lelehkan mentega, kemudian masukkan dark cooking chocolate, aduk hingga coklat meleleh.
- Masukkan gula pasir halus, aduk rata sampai gula larut. Kemudian tambahkan telur, kocok hingga rata. Masukkan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit, aduk rata.
- Setelah itu tambahkan cincangan kacang almond, aduk rata.
- Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang berukuran 20x20x4 cm yang telah diolesi margarin dan dialasi dengan kertas roti terlebih dahulu. Lalu taburi bagian atas adonan dengan irisan kacang almond.
- Panggang ke dalam oven dengan suhu 180 derajat celcius selama 45 menit atau hingga matang. Angkat dan dinginkan.
- Potong-potong brownies menurut selera.
- Brownies coklat panggang siap untuk dihidangkan.
Resep Black Forest Klasik
Bahan :
– 200 gram gula pasir
– 100 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
– 100 gram mentega, lelehkan
– 60 gram coklat bubuk
– 40 gram tepung maizena
– 8 butir telur
– 1 sendok makan emulsifier
– 1/4 sendok teh vanili
Hiasan :
– 500 gram krim kocok / butter cream
– 100 gram Dark Cooking Chocolate (DCC)
– 10 buah cherry merah
– 1 kaleng cherry hitam, saring dan pisahkan airnya
Cara Membuat :
- Campur tepung terigu, coklat bubuk dan tepung maizena, kemudian aduk hingga rata. Setelah itu kocok telur, gula dan emulsifier hingga mengembang dan kental sekitar 10 – 15 menit.
- Masukkan campuran tepung sambil diayak, aduk hingga adonan tercampur rata. Masukkan mentega yang telah dilelehkan terlebih dahulu, kemudian aduk lagi hingga rata.
- Setelah itu tuang adonan ke dalam 3 buah loyang berukuran 22x22x4 cm, lalu masukkan ke dalam oven dengan suhu 180 derajat celcius dan biarkan selama 20 – 25 menit, sampai black forest matang.
- Angkat dan dinginkan, kemudian basahi air cherry hitam, letakkan satu lapis cake, lalu olesi dengan butter cream, kemudian atur belahan cherry hitam di atasnya. Tumpuk diatasnya cake lapisan kedua,olesi lagi dengan butter cream dan taruh lagi cherry hitam lagi diatasnya, tumpuk lagi dengan lapisan cake teratas. Jangan lupa untuk membasahi cake dengan air cherry hitam.
- Setelah selesai, rapikan cake tersebut dan olesi seluruh cake dengan butter cream. Kemudian hias dengan darj chocolate serut/pagar hingga cake tertutupi oleh coklat. Semprotkan butter cream, hias atanya dengan buah cherry merah.
- Black forest klasik siap untuk dihidangkan.
